Forever Spoken, LLC operates the Forever Spoken platform, websites, and services. We can be reached at privacy@foreverspoken.life.

We collect three categories of information:

• Account information you provide directly, such as name, email, organization, and contact preferences.
• Source materials contributed by you or your steward, including voice recordings, text, images, video, and documents, used to build a LifeCache representation.
• Usage information such as device, browser, IP address, and interaction logs, used to operate and secure the service.

Every LifeCache is built on documented consent. Source materials are tagged with proprietary provenance metadata managed within our Digital Identity Provenance Graph™. Stewards can revoke consent at any time, and we will remove or pause the affected materials.

We use information to operate the platform and build LifeCache representations. AI models do not automatically ingest or publish unverified data; all source materials are subject to Human-in-the-Loop curation by you or your designated steward. We use data to deliver requested conversations, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

We share information with infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics) under written agreements. We share with stewards and authorized users you designate. We share when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and routine security review. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat custody of voices and memories with the seriousness they deserve.

Depending on your jurisdiction you have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of personal information. Contact privacy@foreverspoken.life to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.

Forever Spoken is designed primarily for living individuals, families, organizations, and institutions. The provisions in this section apply to the specialized circumstances in which a representation continues to exist after a subject's death. For deceased subjects we honor consent documented during life and the directives of the designated steward. Stewards can pause or remove the representation at any time. We treat deceased-subject data with the same protections as living-subject data.

We retain LifeCache materials for as long as the steward maintains the engagement, and for a defined wind-down period after termination. We retain operational logs for the period required by law and security best practice, then delete or anonymize.

Forever Spoken services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated to active stewards and posted here with a revised effective date.
