Conversation credits
A conversation credit covers one back-and-forth exchange: you ask, and your loved one's persona answers. Credits refresh at the start of every billing month, and unused credits do not roll over.
Invited visitors
Visitors are the family members, friends, or colleagues you invite into a persona's private conversations. Visitors never need their own subscription; they talk using your plan's monthly credits.

What exactly is a conversation credit?
One credit is one exchange: a question and its answer. A typical visit uses a handful of credits, so 250 credits is plenty for regular weekly conversations, while 3,000 supports an active, multi-generational family.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Conversations pause until your credits refresh at the start of the next month, or you can add a credit pack to keep going right away. Nothing in your archive is ever deleted.
Do the family members I invite need to pay?
No. Invited visitors join for free and converse using your plan's monthly credits. You control who is invited and can adjust access at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted; you simply cannot add new personas until you are back within the limit.
