About Forever Spoken
Forever Spoken, LLC exists to preserve human stories, wisdom, identity, and lived experience through secure, consent-first conversational AI, so the voices that hold a family or an organization together stay reachable across generations.
Why We Started
We preserve photos, documents, and recordings, but not the living pattern of how a person thought, decided, told a story, or showed love. When a parent passes, when an elder's memory fades, or when a founder retires, that pattern disappears, and no album can bring it back.
Forever Spoken was founded to close that gap responsibly. We build trusted digital personas: faithful, consented, human-reviewed representations of real people that families and institutions can talk with, learn from, and pass down. Not a novelty, and not a substitute for a person, but a way to keep their voice and wisdom in the conversation.
Our Mission
To preserve human stories, relationships, expertise, and lived experiences through emotionally authentic, AI-powered conversation that strengthens continuity across families, organizations, and generations.
Our Vision
To become the most trusted way to preserve human continuity, where a voice is kept close with dignity, consent, and truthfulness at the center of everything we build.
The Founders

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Crystal Smith is Co-Founder and majority owner of Forever Spoken, and she leads the company's overall direction, partnerships, and growth. Her relationships across the residential assisted living community open direct pathways into the care settings and families who feel the loss of memory and connection most deeply, and they keep Forever Spoken anchored to real people rather than abstract technology.
Crystal champions the human side of the platform: dignity for aging adults, comfort for grieving families, and an unwavering standard that a digital persona must be faithful to who a person truly was. She is a frequent voice in Forever Spoken's conversations on preserving identity with trust.

Co-Founder & Chief AI Officer
Dwayne Robinson is Co-Founder of Forever Spoken and leads its AI strategy, product architecture, and commercialization. A serial entrepreneur and author, he founded and grew Vision Systems & Technology, Inc. into a multi-million-dollar firm serving the U.S. federal intelligence community and Department of Defense, earning recognition as a Washington Technology Fast50 company. His career spans Booz Allen Hamilton and the Department of Defense, and today includes leadership roles in business operations and advisory work.
Dwayne brings deep expertise in agentic and human-centered AI, federal innovation funding and SBIR/STTR programs, and building repeatable processes that reduce cost and improve trust. He holds an M.S. in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Long Island University, and he writes and speaks on how responsible AI co-pilots are reshaping work and continuity.
What Guides Us
Consent first, provenance always. Every voice we represent has documented permission, a named steward, and a clear path to change or revoke access.
Faithfulness above realism. We will not invent an opinion or a memory a person did not hold, and when we are unsure, we say so.
Built to last decades, not product cycles, with portable memory and durable governance so the conversation keeps going.
