Life Connect

A lifetime of experience, personality, and wisdom, kept close.

Life Connect helps senior living communities and families capture a resident's stories, relationships, and character, so their voice stays part of the family long after a visit ends.

Life Connect is in active development. This page describes the focus of this market area and the platform capabilities it will draw on.

The Problem

A move to senior living should not mean losing the story.

When someone moves into a community, a new team of caregivers meets them for the first time. They see today's version of a person: a name on a chart, a room number, a list of needs. They rarely get to meet the person who built a business, raised five children, or survived a war.

Families feel this gap too. Adult children who live far away want more than a weekly phone call. They want their parent's stories, opinions, and humor to stay part of the family's ongoing life, not fade into occasional visits and holiday photos.

Life Connect exists to close that gap, for the resident, the family, and the staff who care for them every day.

What It Does

Four ways Life Connect keeps a person present.

Guided life story capture

Warm, guided prompts help a resident record stories, opinions, and memories in their own voice, on their own schedule, with a family member or a member of the care team alongside them.

A profile scored for trust

Each contribution is organized into an Interactive Digital Persona and measured by the Forever Spoken Trusted Multi-layered Fidelity Index, so a family can see how well a memory is evidenced before they rely on it. We refer to it afterward simply as the Fidelity Index.

The Conversation Lounge

An always-open room for short, live visits. A grandchild can drop in after school without scheduling a call, and a resident can keep a familiar rhythm of conversation between in-person visits.

Continuity across care transitions

As needs change, from independent living to assisted living to memory care, the record travels with the resident. New caregivers meet a whole person from day one, not a blank chart.

How It Works

Welcome. Capture. Visit.

01

Welcome and consent

The resident, or their authorized representative, decides what to share and who may see it. Nothing begins without documented consent.

02

Capture and curate

Guided sessions record stories and personality. Family or an authorized steward reviews each contribution before it becomes part of the record.

03

Visit and preserve

Family and care staff visit through the Conversation Lounge. Every visit can add to a growing, well-evidenced record over time.

Who It Serves

Built around the people who live and work in senior living.

Meet the community we had in mind while building Life Connect on our Who We Serve page.

Note: that page currently presents senior living and healthcare as a single combined persona. A dedicated split between Life Connect and Care Connect audiences is pending client review.

Governance and Trust

Consent first, control always.

Consent comes first

A record is built only with documented permission from the resident or their authorized representative, covering voice, likeness, and how it may be used.

Provenance on every memory

Each story traces back to a real recording, conversation, or document, so families and staff can see where it came from.

Role-based access

Family members and care staff see only what they are invited to see. Private conversations stay private.

The right to revoke

Consent can be updated, access restricted, or a record taken offline at any time by the person it belongs to or their authorized representative.
